Requests and scheduling

• Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We’ll contact you to confirm the pickup time and address.
• Coverage is confirmed address by address. A ZIP code on our route list doesn’t guarantee every street in it.
• Next-day turnaround is available. We’ll confirm the return day when we schedule your order.

Wash & fold pricing

• $1.99 per pound, based on the weight we measure.
• Minimum charge: 10 lb ($19.90).
• Delivery: $5.00 for orders under 25 lb; free at 25 lb or more.
• Online estimates are a guide. Your final price uses the measured weight.

Dry cleaning, household items and alterations

• These are priced per item as listed on our pricing page.
• Where a price says “Varies”, or for rugs, we’ll confirm the price with you before cleaning.
• Per-item orders are priced separately from wash & fold weight.

Preparing your order

• Bag your laundry and let us know about delicates, items to keep separate, or hypoallergenic washing.
• Please check pockets before pickup.
